CREOLE GREEN ONION SALAD DRESSING:
1 Egg yolk 1 c Chopped green onions 3 tb White vinegar 1 tb Creole mustard (Remoulade) 1/4 ts Chopped garlic clove 1/2 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts White pepper 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 c Vegetable oil Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
